Delivery
• Estimated delivery: Approximately 2.5 weeks after 50% deposit payment and final design approval (Includes 3D CAD design, custom crafting, and quality checking). Production time may vary depending on design complexity.
Customisation
• 50% Deposit: Required to commence custom crafting after design and quotation confirmation.
• Free Inner Engraving: Complimentary stamp engraving inside the ring band (e.g., names, dates, or initials, subject to band space).
• Customisation Available: Personalise your stone shape, carat size, colour, metal, and setting. Contact us or leave a note in the Special Request Box for custom CAD design modifications or special requests.
• Sizes Larger Than US 9 (e.g., 9.25, 10.0+): Ring sizes larger than US 9 require custom molding and additional metal materials. Please select or enter "Size 9.0+ Request" and specify your exact size in the Special Request Box. Additional custom charges and production time may apply depending on the material chosen.
